Ayin Retreat gave me an opportunity to tend to myself, care for myself, come back into my body with compassion, stepping out of my usual fight or flight mode of living. It was an opportunity to receive from others who truly gave with pure ahavas yisroel. It helped me to feel worthy and recommitted to myself instead of my usual habit of self abandoning. The support of staff and of community created a nonjudgmental and safe space in which to explore feelings and to commit to seeing and hearing and feeling all of me.

The Heart driving this unbelievable experience is what took it even-more to the next levelof a healing experience.
