Q: Do I need to be "religious" to attend Ayin Healing Retreat?

A: No, you do not need to be religious to attend our retreat. While we incorporate prayer and Chassidic study to enhance the healing process, participation in these spiritual offerings is completely optional. Everyone is welcome, regardless of their beliefs, as our focus is on holistic healing and personal growth.

Q: What type of healing methods do you offer?

A: We offer a variety of healing methods including guided meditations, yoga, group therapy and journaling, dance, art-therapy, and  individual sessions of healing modalities that may include acupuncture, cranio-sacral therapy, energy healing, and more.

Q: What should I bring to the retreat?

A: We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal journals for reflection, and an open mind to fully embrace the healing journey ahead. We provide a detailed packing-list once your application has been approved.

Q: What is the location of Ayin Healing Retreat?

A: Our retreats are held in beautiful, secluded Airbnb homes in New York or New Jersey, providing an warm space for reflection and healing.

Q: I am nervous about healing in a group setting. What happens if I don't want to share during the retreat?

A: There’s absolutely no obligation to share your experiences in our group. We respect your privacy, and our program does not include discussions about personal traumas or past experiences. You can engage in activities that resonate with you without pressure. Our past participants were surprised and relieved to find they could heal without telling their personal story, and welcomed the opportunity given to find presence and hope for their future.
